Antonia Lofaso

Antonia's cuisine is a means to explore her life. Her food inspires curiosity. This was the result after she stepped outside of the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich landscape of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas and various other cuisines can be found in a single menu. This is a constantly changing sensibility. Every dish she serves is filled with her unique perspective for the future while also reminiscing about the past. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso created in 2013 received a great reception since it was in the spirit of her Italian roots. Lofaso has received praise by her fans for her rendition of traditional Italian food. Lofaso consistently serves excellent dishes at Scopa which is a favorite of the neighborhood. Customers describe it as authentic and satisfying. Lofaso was trained by famous chefs and learned their advanced methods but she never unwilling to follow her gut intuitions. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago, and then went on to work closely with famous chefs in a variety of Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso launched Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. The bar was eventually able to get the space in Black Market as well as the alliances she created. The collaboration could provide creativity and freedom Lofaso longed for. Black Market doesn't have one distinct orientation. It's their goal. It could start with potato chips dill as well as shishito chillies, then proceed to an Korean chicken dish, meatballs and wings. Antonia is the center of this dizzying variety. Throughout her career Lofaso has measured her achievements through her ability to understand her audience while staying true to her own personality. Her unforgettable performance in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars celebrated her uniqueness outside of the kitchen and her talents remain in the spotlight of cameras as a judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup as well as in recurring role on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Simple and Delicious recipes in 2012, with Penguin. The book also tells the story of her challenges while she studied at her school, the French Culinary Institute. She also raised her daughter Xea also. Lofaso states that the reason behind all of her success comes from the kitchen. This is the way she keeps a pulse on the current happenings. She is revolutionizing her industry's style by redefining chef's attire for style and functionality, through her brand Chefletics. Lofaso believes that staying true the vision you have set is essential. To achieve her goal, she founded Antonia Lofaso Catering. It will allow clients to receive the most personal experience.
